O blog est\u00e1 tentando apresentar alguns materiais comuns para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de luvas resistentes a cortes e os dois padr\u00f5es (ANSI e EN388) para as luvas resistentes a cortes. &nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Import\u00e2ncia das luvas resistentes a cortes<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2><p>As luvas resistentes a cortes s\u00e3o muito importantes para locais de trabalho com objetos pontiagudos, facas, vidro e metal. As luvas servem principalmente para reduzir as les\u00f5es nas m\u00e3os, o que, por sua vez, aumentaria a produtividade e diminuiria a incapacidade permanente. &nbsp;<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Materiais para luvas resistentes a cortes<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2><p>Existem principalmente quatro tipos de materiais para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de luvas resistentes a cortes, entre os quais Kevlar e Dyneema s\u00e3o duas das marcas mais famosas do mundo. Veja abaixo uma breve vis\u00e3o dos quatro materiais.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Luvas de Kevlar<\/h3><p>O Kevlar \u00e9 um tipo de fibra de aramida, amplamente utilizado na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de armaduras corporais, roupas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e itens industriais resistentes ao calor. As luvas feitas de fibra de aramida s\u00e3o muito fortes, especialmente em termos de resist\u00eancia \u00e0 tra\u00e7\u00e3o, mas n\u00e3o t\u00e3o fortes quanto a Dyneema por peso. O Kevlar geralmente \u00e9 mais pesado e menos flex\u00edvel que o Dyneema. Portanto, no que diz respeito ao conforto, o Kevlar n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o bom quanto o Dyneema.  Mas as luvas de Kevlar s\u00e3o bastante resistentes ao calor, o que as torna muito adequadas para uso em soldagem, metalurgia e combate a inc\u00eandios. Como um material que se afirma ser 15 vezes mais forte do que o a\u00e7o por peso, as luvas Dyneema s\u00e3o extremamente fortes, leves e flex\u00edveis. Os trabalhadores costumam usar as luvas Dyneema resistentes a cortes para processamento de alimentos, manuseio de vidro, fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de metal e montagem automotiva.  Ao contr\u00e1rio do Kevlar, as luvas Dynnema n\u00e3o s\u00e3o resistentes ao calor. No entanto, elas oferecem excelente resist\u00eancia a produtos qu\u00edmicos e geralmente s\u00e3o revestidas com nitrilo ou l\u00e1tex para aumentar a resist\u00eancia a produtos qu\u00edmicos. Embora n\u00e3o funcionem t\u00e3o bem quanto os dois materiais resistentes a cortes da marca, as luvas de HPPE s\u00e3o muito mais econ\u00f4micas. Assim como as luvas Dyneema, os trabalhadores costumam usar as luvas HPPE resistentes a cortes e a produtos qu\u00edmicos nos setores de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, manufatura, armazenagem, processamento de alimentos e automotivo.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Luvas de malha de a\u00e7o<\/h3><p>Geralmente, consideramos as luvas de malha de a\u00e7o com an\u00e9is ou fios de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel intertravados como as que apresentam os mais altos n\u00edveis de resist\u00eancia a cortes, de acordo com normas como a EN 388. Resistentes a rasgos e desgastes, e f\u00e1ceis de limpar e esterilizar, as luvas de malha s\u00e3o amplamente usadas em processamento de alimentos, a\u00e7ougue e ambientes m\u00e9dicos.<\/p><figure
