I saldatori devono capovolgere la maschera per vedere tra una saldatura e l'altra. Il numero di tinte pu\u00f2 essere personalizzato in base alle esigenze dei clienti.  \u00c8 particolarmente indicato per i saldatori che lavorano sempre con lo stesso materiale e lo stesso processo. Passano da uno stato pi\u00f9 chiaro a uno pi\u00f9 scuro in pochi millisecondi. Durante il processo di saldatura, i saldatori non hanno bisogno di alzare e abbassare la maschera, il che aumenta sicuramente la produttivit\u00e0 e riduce notevolmente l'affaticamento del collo.
