Step 1: material selection

Step 2: Mix the materials
Pour all ingredients into a high-speed mixer and mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
Step 3: Put a polyester mesh cloth in the body.
Before injection molding, polyester mesh cloth will be put on the boots last as the lining of PVC rain boots, which can make customers wear comfortable clothes, absorb sweat, and prevent odor. If the customer needs the steel head, the standard steel head will be placed directly on the mold.
Step 4: Injection molding
The PVC particles are added to the injection molding machine, and the PVC is melted and injected into the rain boots mold by heating and high pressure.
Our rain boot molds are available in different sizes and meet the needs of the vast majority of customers on the market. When the side injection is completed, if the customer has the requirement of the standard steel sole, we will put the steel sole on the mold before the injection sole.
Step 5: Cooling and stripping.
After the injection molding of the PVC rain boots, wait for it to cool in the mold and take it out.
Step 6: Repair the edges
Our workers will trim off the excess edges and check the quality in time.
Step 7: Print customer-specified logo on the upper.
We will use heat transfer to print the logo specified by the customer on the upper of the rain boots.
Step 8: Rain boots quality detection.
For the rain boots with steel head and steel sole, the impact resistance test and the wear resistance test of rain boots will be carried out.
Step 9: Packaging and labeling
We support customers to customize their own logo color packaging boxes and self-adhesive stickers. If the customer has no special requirements, the PVC rain boots are directly loaded into the outer box, which can effectively save the cost of fortune.
