Our usual MOQ for custom workwear is 500 pcs per style. The exact MOQ depends on the fabric, color, logo method, size range and customization requirements. For some existing styles or standard materials, a more flexible MOQ may be available.
Yes. We can customize fabric composition, weight, construction, functional properties, and colors according to your requirements. Common options include cotton, poly-cotton, polyester, stretch, ripstop, and functional fabrics. Custom Pantone colors can also be developed subject to MOQ.
Yes. We can develop workwear from your tech pack, reference sample, drawing, or product photos. Our team can support pattern development, fabric selection, sizing, garment details, and sample confirmation before bulk production.
Yes. We support embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer printing, woven labels, patches, hangtags and private-label packaging. The most suitable branding method depends on the fabric, logo design and order quantity.
Sample production usually takes about 7 -10days after the design, fabric, and customization details are confirmed. More complex styles or special fabrics may require additional time.
Bulk production usually takes about 30-35 days after sample approval, order confirmation, and deposit. The final lead time depends on order quantity, fabric availability, customization details, and packaging requirements
We can provide a wide range of workwear fabrics, including cotton, poly-cotton, polyester, stretch, ripstop, waterproof or coated fabrics, high-visibility fabrics, flame-resistant fabrics and anti-static fabrics. Fabric weight, composition and performance can be selected according to the working environment and product requirements.
Yes. We can develop workwear according to specified market requirements and applicable safety standards. The final compliance depends on the fabric, garment construction, reflective materials, and target standard and should be confirmed with the relevant product-specific test reports or certification. For high-visibility garments, TOPRISE currently states that products can be developed to requirements such as CE, ANSI, and EN ISO 20471 upon request.
